Adam Shepard of Setter Shepard was appointed Voluntary Administrator of TPFL Limited (formerly TEYS Property Funds Limited) on 5 March 2010.

TPFL currently holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFS Number 234977) and is the responsible entity for a number of managed investment schemes. We have met with representatives of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and are currently reviewing the status of the schemes. 

We note that there was a hearing scheduled for this Thursday 11 March 2010 pursuant to section 915C of the Act in relation to the potential suspension or cancellation of TPFL’s AFS license. This hearing has been stood over to Thursday 10 June 2010 pending the outcome of the administration.
